📅 Reservation
All reservation requests are made via the contact form on the website.
The reservation becomes effective only after written confirmation from us and receipt of payment.
💶 Rates
Rates vary depending on the season (low, mid and high season).
Prices are per night, excluding any optional extras.
A detailed quotation will be sent by email after receiving your request.
💳 Payment terms
Payment is made by bank transfer.
Bank details are provided after availability has been confirmed.
The reservation is confirmed only after payment is received.
(No stay is blocked without payment)
🔐 Security deposit
A security deposit of €500 is required before arrival.
It will be refunded after the stay, provided no damage is found.
🕒 Check-in & check-out
Check-in: from 4:00 PM
Check-out: before 10:00 AM
These times may be adjusted depending on availability and prior agreement.
🚭 House rules
- Non-smoking accommodation (indoors)
- No pets allowed (unless prior agreement)
- Respect for neighbours and the peace of the neighbourhood
- The number of guests must not exceed the maximum capacity
📍 Liability
Casa Gio Indra declines all responsibility in case of loss, theft or accident during the stay.
